Baguma Bridget
Finance and sustainability professional, institutional builder, and ecosystem convener focused on advancing sustainable finance capacity, climate and sustainability policy literacy, and climate-resilient development systems.
Founder and Executive Director of Greenbridge Impactful Climate Initiative Ltd, a growing global platform dedicated to sustainability capacity building, green and sustainable finance frameworks, climate and sustainability policy literacy, and climate-resilient development.
She brings a strong multidisciplinary foundation spanning economics, accounting, finance, and sustainability. Baguma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and , a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Makerere University (MUBS), and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA Uganda) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), with ongoing professional development in sustainability, green finance, and global standards.
She has led the design and delivery of large-scale international sustainability finance and climate policy programs, engaging hundreds of participants across more than 90 countries, and contributing to the development of global learning communities, applied policy outputs, and emerging advisory ecosystems.
Her commitment to building long-term climate and sustainability institutions is shaping Greenbridge into an advisory-oriented platform that connects professionals, researchers, institutions, and communities to strengthen knowledge systems, develop talent pipelines, and create collaborative platforms for a climate-resilient and sustainable future.
Sharif Kivumbi
Chartered Accountant and finance professional with expertise in institutional development, operational strategy, and partnership support. Passionate about building strong organizational systems and scaling impactful initiatives that advance climate action, green finance capacity building, and sustainability engagement.
His commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable development supports Greenbridge’s mission of bringing together professionals, institutions, and communities to strengthen climate solutions and create lasting impact across regions.
